PSystem.pro was formed in 2021 as a association of voluntary specialists from the European Union, Serbia, Montenegro and Moldova.in the development and implementation of automation systems for printing companies.

The company is developing a software suite PSystem.

The PSystem is designed to automate the entire production cycle (from customer order estimation to finished product shipment management, including production, supply, and warehouse management) for printing companies in any market segment, from short-run printing to packaging and label production of all types.

The system built using a Client-Server architecture. MS SQL Server use as the server component. The client component is a proprietary development. The system is classified as an MIS-type. It allows for integration with printing equipment, including using the JDF/JMF protocols.

The main interface of the system is implemented in English, however, operational accounting (description of print orders, description of the enterprise structure, warehouse accounting, production and accompanying documentation) can use the national languages ​​of the users.

The automated control system (MIS) allows to:

  1. Calculate numerical indicators for customer orders for printed products: order cost and cost, required quantity of materials, and production time requirements.
  2. Process and register printing orders and all necessary production documentation.
  3. Prepare and register required financial and material documentation: invoices, cash receipts, and product shipments.
  4. Manage warehouses for materials, semi-finished products, and finished products.
  5. Manage the enterprise’s supply of materials and semi-finished products.
  6. Manage production and technological processes of any complexity.
  7. Record actual results of production processes.
  8. Prepare production, commercial, and financial reports on the enterprise’s activities.

The system is set up and configured to suit the technological specifics of a specific enterprise by filling in and configuring reference books, tables, and formula libraries. Configuration is individualized for each enterprise. The system requires execute this configuration procedures before launching the system as a production management system.

Currently, several companies in the UAE, Moldova, Latvia, and Azerbaijan are using PSystem to manage their printing production.

Implementation is underway in Serbia.
